COPS ARE SIMILAR TO SOLDIERS. THEY PUT THEMSELVES ON THE LINE FOR YOU. THEY HAVE TO SEE SOME MESSED UP CRAP. THEY DESERVE THOSE SPOTS. WHAT DID YOU DO TO EARN THAT SPOT?

EXACTLY. THEY EARNED A BETTER SPOT THAN YOURS.

By doing their jobs? They're fully aware of what they're getting themselves into when they sign up. If they feel like they deserve more, they can either ask for a raise or do something else entirely.

THEY WILLINGLY DO THAT. THEY DESERVE RESPECT AT LEAST. IF YOU ASK ME THEY SHOULD HAVE RESERVED SPOTS EVERYWHERE.

There are other ways of showing respect asides from gifts and charities. And if they should get reserved parking spots everywhere, so should veterans, firemen, politicians, etc. Because they all do something for us too, right?
