If they don't have an Orange Tag that says Ninja next to their name (Or a little orange triangle on the top left corner of their avatar if you're on Mobile.), then they are not a ninja.

Power is in the eyes of the beholder. Either he's generally pretty opinionated. Most of the trolls in #OffTopic are like that. Just avoid posting in troll threads or commenting on Religion/Politics and you'll be fine.
