I don't like xbox one as of right now, but I enjoy the ps4. I said nothing of the redeeming qualities nor did I mention the parts I don't like, but I'm a fanboy? Bnet logic it seems.

PS4 is a piece of shit. Crappy controller design, blue and red lines of death, occurrences of overheating within the first few minutes after startup, etc. The list goes on and on. The only problems I've heard of with the Xbox One are a couple minor scratches and a small number having a faulty disk reader, which is perfectly fine because Microsoft has a policy that it will replace any damaged or faulty items for free as long as they are returned to the place of purchase within 30 days after the purchase.

".4%" I hope you realize sony could very easily be making that number up. Companies often do that to boost sales and buyer confidence. In truth, the number could be much, much higher.

You are acknowledging that some of the ps4's were having issues on day one, but you don't even acknowledge how small that fail rate actually is. Not many people at all were having this big of an issue at all. Also when it comes to the new xbox they put in a failsafe slot in the event that your disk tray won't open. Ok I'm all for prep in the event of something not working, but that is something that should be fixed to the point that we shouldn't need a failsafe at all. Also the new xbox still has the bs issue of ringing disks if someone so much even bumps the system because they don't feel like spending a little extra to have their disk secured while it is in the system. The kinect is still a piece of crap so there isn't much needed be said on that. When it comes down to it, I like to game. I don't want an entertainment system. I want a gaming system, which means ps4. The fact of the matter is both systems are pretty dang good, but for gaming ps4 stomps out xbox. That is why Sony has my support this generation.

I have xbox one and so do 10 of my friends none have reported problems. and no before you ask not stating xbox one is better at all both consoles are great game on. and obviously you have used Kinect 2.0 because it doesn't have problems with some people and for some it does.
