Well he did good for Microsoft so I don't see it being a bad thing for Zynga. Only time will tell.
Honestly at that price if I had the money I'd put in 3 thousand and wait it out. Not too little that there's no profit not too much it would break the bank at a loss. He may bring it around.

He wasn't alone in making the XBO what it was. He was the front man for it though. Not an easy job. All in all he was a major part in making XBL what it is today. Since he's worked there XBL has gone up from 6 Million users to 48 million. I'm in no way a fan of MS' new direction but from a business perspective Don has done good for them in the past. He helped Microsoft Games Studio turn a profit. I don't doubt he can do it for Zynga. We just have to wait and see.

sorry man, but i just disagree. He was the man who over saw it all. He took a narrative that said "xbox is more popular" and ran it into the ground with the direction of the xbone and the marketing of it. That is just unforgivable. Then on top of all that, he makes things worse by saying his "we have a device for people without internet" comment. I would not touch that guy. When a low level employee effs up in a major way, he's fired or demoted and has to work his way back up. I believe it should be the same for high level execs.

One must not forget the reason they are High level executives. They've done well for the company in the long term. A bit of PR disaster doesn't over-weigh on his abilities as an executive. He slipped up with the consumers but all in all the way marketing went for the XBO wasn't his doing. As a person and a business man I have no problems with Don himself. Major issues with what position he was in and some things he said but overall he isn't king at MS and so he was just one of the people making those decisions and as such he limitations to what he could say. I'm not going to hate on an employee for their [admittedly shitty] vision of the future. In the end he isn't Microsoft. Him becoming CEO is something that must have been in talks for many months so they would have gone on without him doing the same things.
