Lol, 'RIP old Battlefield Community 2002-2013'? You clearly weren't part of that 'old Battlefield community', or you'd know it died a long time ago. The divide started during Bad Company and BF3 sealed the fracturing.

  • Battlefield 2 was technically my first Battlefield game, so I missed out on the previous installments. When I had the time, I got 1942, and enjoyed the Hell out of it. Still haven't played Vietnam, though I would like too. So, I'm not officially apart of the community that started back in 2002, but more as the one in 2005. I will agree with you that Battlefield 3 basically did seal the deal with the crumbling of the community; but both Bad Company's, in my opinion, were basically the last good Battlefields.

  • I enjoyed Bad Company 2 myself, but it was still a major force of division for Battlefield fans. Lost a lot of BF veterans.
