Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are seeing this error code when trying to load in with your characters. By any chance, if you use the Companion to delete some of the impacted characters' loadouts, are you then able to log in with them? If it doesn't seem to work initially, then please delete all that character's loadouts, and let us know if that resolves this issue.
