They are very rare, have gotten a few from the chest that spawn around the area. They patched the drop rate after certain players used a macro to farm it on autopilot, this honestly ruined the farming method for everyone who was not using a macro, and running around actually playing and trying to farm the exotic class items legitimately. Prior to the patch it dropped more frequently, as of now it does drop from random chest albeit more rare then before.
