Rogue's Network Quest from Spider
I got Icebreaker, and I would like to get the catalyst. All guides point to speaking to Spider, but Spider in the Catina does not have the quest. Hawthorne does not have it. The Quest kiosk does not have it.
Where can I get the Rogue's Network quest?

Edit: Word of advice when doing the quest, do [b][u]only[/u][/b] what each quest step tells you to do and nothing more. You could soft lock yourself if you don't.
