Bungie rewards are tied to the Bungie account, as are redeem code emblems. Your posting Bungie account is showing it was created today. Back on March 25th 2025, Bungie disabled the ability to unlink accounts from Bungie profiles - it looks like, in the process of setting up cross-save, that one of two things happened: 1 - you were able to bypass that restriction and move your platform accounts to a new Bungie profile, or 2 - your platform account was previously linked to a different Bungie profile, but you unlinked it from that account prior to the March 25th 2025 update and were able to hold onto the items regardless. Unfortunately, with both situations above you are now stuck on that new Bungie account without the items as you can't move them back to the other account. Bungie will likely pass this on to be looked into, but given their stance on account linking - it is near guaranteed that there will be nothing Bungie will do as they do not get involved in linking changes and won't issue the items to that Bungie account.
