So can I ask a question why do we have Forums when no Devs, Mods, or Admins ever reply to the topics posted. I remember way back in the day when a site had forums it had actual real people who would comment on your post and by people I am referring to mods, admins, game devs, creators, ETC.
Now it's all just other customers, players, and consumers commenting on post and nothing is ever getting fixed none of the bugs, none of the game issues, none of the poor game mechanics. What is the point of having a game forum if its not not moderated or even an admin replying to your post and comments. It's utterly and completely just useless. When I post something asking for help or find some bug or glitch in the game I would expect a reply from someone who can actually help or fix the bug or glitch in the game from someone who actually works on an helped develop the game.
But instead you get multiple replies from the consumers, customers, and other players of the game who lets be honest here they can't fix that bug or glitch that was discovered. Sure they can offer help in somethings but something errors and issues actually require a mod, admin, or game Dev to actually do something about the error, glitch, game bug and ETC.
This is just my personal opinion when it comes to game forum these days and its not just Destiny or Bungie its all game companies that do this. It just feels like they ignore the players these days and we no longer matter to them.

Edited by Steel Assassin: 1/12/2026 10:41:18 AMHello! There are in fact volunteer moderators on the forums; Ninjas like me who patrol the forums and review reports to enforce the Code of Conduc on the site, and Mentors who provide assistance with questions. They're around all the time in the Help forums and elsewhere (Mentors are the best!). Additionally, the bungie.net forums had always been designed in mind primarily for the community to interact with each other, it was never intended as a guaranteed way to reach out to Bungie employees. That's not a new thing. It doesn't mean they don't review reported bugs, and you'll still see the occasional employee respond to things, but it's not going to be a common occurrence.
