PS Account Issues
Hi there! So I have a Bungie account which is linked to a PlayStation account that I haven't had access to in almost 10 years and can no longer access. Is there any way to remove it from my Bungie account without starting fresh on my PlayStation? Thanks!

But you have Cross-Save active, how did you authorize the PS account?

No, Bungie disabled the ability to unlink platform accounts (except Twitch) back in March 2025. Even without that change, you still needed access to the account to unlink it. Bungie will not unlink the account under any circumstances, so unfortunately you are stuck with it permanently linked.
