Unlinking destinyaccount
Hi i linked my old ps4 account to see what was on there and now it is my default character when i boot the game on pc, i have lost saves on my epic and cant seem to deactivate my old ps4 account. i have tried to authenticate the ps4 but when i complete it, it tell me to re authenticate again. can someone please help me on this as i cant play the game

11 RepliesHey there, you've set up Cross Save with PSN as the Active account, that means that the Hunter on PSN is what you see on both PSN and on Epic. To get your Epic characters back you need to deactivate cross-save. If you are having trouble with the PSN authentication, try logging out of Bungie.net and logging back in with PSN instead of Epic. On the deactivate Cross Save screen, PSN should be auto-authenticated, you should only need to authenticate Epic.
