Nope. As of March 25, bungie removed the option of unlinking any platform game account.

They gave plenty of warning for this also, I believe it was at least a couple months of notice. Always make sure you check the TWID for news and if you can't be bothered to read, there are YouTubers that are reading them weekly to their communities.
