We've received some reports of later steps that cannot be completed when the quest is started on an alternate character. This issue may also stretch to include this step. If you have the quest accepted on another character, you'll need to progress through on that character to continue progressing on your main character.

Hello, thats not the Case here, i started the Quest on my Titan and helped a friend with the quest maybe thats the problem but now im stuck.

i hope that the Video helps by finding the problem but in simpel terms when i enter the code normaly the shriekers and adds with a message in the left buttom should appear. https://youtu.be/00275B4-wUw
