Just FYI The Founts has to be the final 3rd room for the rune to spawn to access this chest. It can’t be the second room in the run or it won’t be there ever and it has to be in explore.

I got in Expert twice now, also while Founts was the 2nd room. Its all random.

That's not true! I got the rune to spawn when it was the 2nd area. It's just random if it spawns or not.

It's random. I just got it on the second room.
