Don't know why this is a thing, I've been in strike when everyone from the fire team is getting hit by the same ogre or shrieker at the same time in different areas of the map.

Yep. She is facing one direction, and attacking another is infuriating. And using cover is almost useless because if the electric attack hits something, the splash damage increases, don't ask me why, and you will take more damage than if she had hit you directly with a bolt or two. And the thunderstorm is completely broken. Sometimes you will be next to her and it will miss you, other times you will be miles away and you will be hit. Same old, same old.
