The game itself can't handle Excision.
I've got a beefy PC, with a solid Internet connection and get laggy enemies, mechanics straight up refusing to work, and error codes.

Oh for sure. Even when it "works", it doesn't [b]REALLY[/b] work. It just doesn't error code you out or refuse to give you loot. I love the idea of the 12-man activity, but you're right. The game can't handle it.
