You should have to go to the Shaping Slab in Eris Flat.
Check The Last City and there should be an exotic icon over it.

Are you able to record a clip showing your quest log, the shaping slap icon on the director, and then interacting with the shaping slab? as you're on Xbox you can link to it from http://gamerdvr.com once its uploaded (as long as your profile + clips are public)
