Hi there, We're sorry for the inconvenience and frustration the situation has caused you. Have you picked up the quest on multiple characters? If so, please try progressing the quest on your character(s) [b]with the least progress[/b] up to a point where their progress matches that of your character(s) with the most progress. Once you do so, the missing papers should appear. If this doesn't seem to work for you, though, please let us know.
