Suggestions for Some Arc Buffs

I hope this is the right forum for this topic. I made some arc buffs in preparation for Herest ability tuning just for some things to get talked about and maybe hope for Bungie to take note. Please let me know if the juggernaut stuff is too OP. * spark of brilliance - precision hits or kills trigger blind (just copy thread of isolation) * juggernaut * Now taunts, would probably need 100 hp (50 for pvp), place dr of overshield onto player’s active dr: 43% into 45%. Breaking shield emits blinding blast against enemies in a 9m radius (depletes class ability). 2s sprint to activate, lingers for 2s when no longer sprinting. Give it knockback like shiver strike * or rework: activate class ability to give 4 charges of 70hp (one instance) & 40% DR for 10 seconds; one charge use gives a stack of bolt charge. Critical health depletes one charge and blinds enemies in a 9m radius. Cannot trigger another charge during the 10 seconds. Uses towering barricade cooldown. Amplified gives 6 and pvp gives you 1 charge of 30hp & 10% DR, amplified 2. You could add the 60% splash dr to charge duration. Basically icefall mantle. * Ex: Unstoppable x3 * Maybe play around with knockback from shiver strike for a charge use. And also add bolt charge capability to fists of havoc and stormtrance. I think something like, [i]precision kills blind nearby targets in a small radius. While amplified, rapid precision hits trigger this effect as well and the radius is increased.[/i] would be a good buff and a bit better for balance. I don't play titan, so I don't really know how to balance juggernaut properly, but 9m radius is almost certainly way too big. Blinding is a really underrated effect and I think it might be a lot stronger than you realize it is since there are less ways to activate it than something like volatile. Stormtrance should definitely build bolt charge overtime intrinsically. It just doesn't do enough damage to anything that isn't a red bar and a lightning bolt every few seconds could really help it. (Also please buff the base duration)
