a smidgeon of health left in the Boss, so we rerun the killing of the appropriate bad guys to dunk the bomb and go back upstairs and complete the Dungeon.
NOPE…..Bungie has other ideas.
On scanning the bad guys with guns….not a single “Ping” …. time enough to redo it, just, but no……not a ping to identify whom to shoot!
Dungeon run failed.
Found out from Clan Members this occurence isn’t exactly a one-off.
Bungie, if you’re not testing your code to make it bomb proof then stop wasting our time and patience by rerun after rerun to accommodate lousy programming and inadequate Quality Control Testing.
Stop resetting the whole bloody instance and let us keep our progress especially when it’s down to glitches or failure in your code.

I notice more with the upstairs if you pick up scanner right next to a number pillar it doesn't ping or mark it on the radar as correct. If none of the other 3 are pinging correct it's probably the one closest to where you picked it up. I say probably but it's worked for me 100% of the time when there's no correct ping or radar mark

Word of advice, have someone stay behind OUTSIDE the room as a safeguard measure, then wait out the timer & respawn. Easy place to hide: under stairs in the underside where it's datk & tripmines are, copies of Atrax can't get you there, she can't go under stairs

But they sure were quick to patch ball duping and some speed run trick most of us didn't even know existed.

Not as glitch, built in as a player retention/replay action to keep you in the game longer than necessary.

A bug or a glitch aren't intended. The issues with the dungeon are known, so if you're going in and not expecting to possibly run into one, that's on you and not bungie. They have made it very clear that they are working on fixing the issues, but you can't expect them to just instantly find what's causing the issue and then have it instantly fixed.
