You can't "Remove the ability to leave mid game"

Means you’re less likely to leave. It works, and that’s why every competitive game has that feature.

Ever hear of an off button? It ain't a solution.

It makes it less convenient to leave the match, so if it WAS added it would definitely help

I don't see how. People will just shutdown and if still interested in playing boot back up again. The better solution would be to fix the reason why people are quitting. But I guess there's no fixing some people.
