I feel like the drop rates for the FotL memento are kinda low, considering it has a [i]chance[/i] to drop from focusing Eerie Engrams (Or buying the Epic Mystery Grab Bag, I think). But then Eerie Engrams aren't always a guaranteed drop from every Haunted Lost Sector run. Even if the maximum you can store is 3, shouldn't Bungie be a little more generous with the limited time event mementos? I've only got two to drop this year from focusing and only one the previous year.
