Ice breaker drop rate
Look, I get it. It’s RNG. But holy -blam!- god I’ve run this dungeon on every character every week since it’s come out, and 12 of those 15 runs have had +2 odds. Meanwhile I carry a friend who has never done a dungeon and he gets it first try?? Really??? God I need to quit this game so I get the returning player drop bonus

This is how it always is. This is why I always advocate for quest exotics. But I get -blam!- on by people who have 4x the free time I do because they want a reason to grind for the sake of grinding. We are not the same. I do not want to do the dungeon another 36 times to get the exotic like I did for Warlord’s Ruin. If you do, then no one is stopping you from doing that. At least not yet unfortunately.

One of my friends returned just to try and get ice breaker, and they still haven't gotten it either. I still haven't got the spire bow, but that's just been my luck on it.
