connection problem

Since the update of Tuesday October 29, I have had a lot of connection problems even with fiber optics. I have been looking for solutions since then because I very often find myself disconnected in matchmaking with the "cabbage" error. it seems that in France many players are impacted by this bug with all in common; the same internet box. I opened the ports, used UPnP etc nothing works. Does anyone have a solution?
