If all the linked accounts are your own and they're still able to access D2 then it means you haven't secured your platform accounts.
Contact your platforms support for your platform accounts and see if they can invalid all sessions to force a new sign in.

I’ll try to go over them one more time, even though I believe I have changed all passwords from all linked accounts to bungie. Is there a way to open a support ticket for my situation?

If they're still able to access the game on your account then they unfortunately still have access to a linked platform account
