It could be gear or an enhancement core. If it turns to gear, the power will be at least your minimum stat.

I already mentioned that it decrypts to a 1900 power exotic. It is possible that the drop is meant to be an Enhancement Core but it's dropping as the aforementioned zero power exotic engram due to a bug.

Edited by Mr BLTs: 7/3/2024 1:17:34 PMNope this has happened to me a lot. It’s a 0 power exotic engram and then when you open it it’s a base 1900 (not even 1990 just 1900)exotic armor piece. Which it shouldn’t be cause my power without artifact is 2000
