As someone who has been using it religiously since it came out I actually think its fine as is but if it were to get buffed I would rather like collective action added.

I would love that as well, but doubt they would add that as it would be to OP in PVP

I think there's a bit of a misunderstanding with the word op these days and viable with how ttk is these days in pvp, having a scout rifle have a temporary 3 tap wouldn't be close to op.
