Hey there. You have cross-save set up between Steam and Epic. So anything bought or earned in-game on Epic, should be available on Steam because you were playing your Steam characters at the time. That includes Eververse purchases, but not the remaining Silver balance, this can only be spent while launching the game through EGS.
Did you buy these items before setting cross-save up?

The items are still where you bought them, associated to your Epic characters, who are now dormant due to cross-save. If you'd cross-saved first, and bought the passes while on Epic, the passes would be available when you play on Steam.

You can still buy the season from Eververse while playing on Steam. Is it showing as owned?
