And the average Joe will probably only run it once a week on one character. If you have the time and the self hatred you can farm for more, it would be nice if the random drop chance was increased or at least guarantee 4 a week instead of 1.

Average Joe probably isn’t running raids period. I’d reckon most people are taking their 3 characters per week.
