Coliseum Champion Triumph Bug - Last Wish
I just spent the past couple of hours running through the Shuro Chi encounter in hopes to get the triumph for the challenge. However, upon completing the challenge, only 2 of 6 of the fireteam members received credit for the triumph. We continued to run the encounter in hopes that we could get it for the other members, but it was to no avail. Is this a know bug for the challenge or was there something else going on?

The LW challenges seem to be buggy since they swapped from the bounties to it being a modifier - alt account got the strength of memory triumph while doing a LW run for the quest on Friday
