Lightfall + Annual Pass Upgrade on Steam - Insufficient Privileges
A friend has gifted me the Lightfall + Annual Pass Upgrade (available on Steam for $75 AUD) but I can't claim it. Steam is telling me "Sorry, an error has occurred: Insufficient Privilege"
I've done my own research on the error and it occurs when you try to accept a DLC gift for a game you don't own, but the store page says I only need D2 base game, which I own and have play time on.
What's going wrong and how do I fix it?
