For legendary traces probably the one from root. Target lock + rewind rounds is insane. But for exotics definitely agers, if you have consistent orb pickups waves plotter would be behind agers then coldheart.

Rewind rounds is outclassed by envious assassin and reconstruction if you want to use it for DPS.
