Hey there. Noble Constant Type 2 is identical to an older Titan set, Brave Titan. As they are 100% identical, only the latter is offered as a transmog option.
The same is not true for Hunters and Warlocks, as while their sets 'look' the same, they distribute shaders differently. So they are kept as two different options.

Well... kinda messed up. But thanks for the update. If it's not too much asked, can someone tell me where I can get the listing of all duplicate armor, so I won't trouble anyone with that again eventually ? Ty very much.
