Make 1300 Nightfall Matchmade

Look I get that no one is genuinely going to want to run a PUG in a Grandmaster generally speaking, but being able to at least get the 100k pinacle without having to work through fireteams and matchmaking would be helpful for some players who dont have a problem PUG for the Legend and a lot of times people who do use the app for groups will gravitate towards groups not using mics, this means the comp could have just as easily been matchmade in game. I realize people are going to say that people wont come equipped. Too easy to fix though, you cant start the PUG queue until you have at least 1 of the necessary mods to deal with champions. Maybe this is just a little annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but its one that seems to have an easy remedy, though I admit my own programming ignorance. Additional Edit: Having heard out a lot of arguments here I want to humbly suggest that any solution here that achieves the greatest good for all guardians is just to have a selection option where you can slate for solo, queue, or organized. I have addressed many of the arguments to the best of my ability with reasoned critical thinking driven approaches that can be seen below, but simply put this thread is not my life and I likely wont be refreshing constantly to respond to all comments. I am really glad that this at least started a conversation, eve if for some reason it became controversial. Meaning, that if you want to use the queue you can, or if you dont lfg will still be in place, and people can solo content for the fun of it. It shouldnt be necessary to be forced into a community of player populations. People should want to be a part of it, and if they dont its highly indicative of the culture being unattractive and discouraging, which is in itself worthy of reflection. My greatest argument is that players should be able to get the most utility from the systems in place, without impacting the pursuits of others, and it appears particularly that a population in the community is more concerned with denying people a tool they would not use because it doesnt encourage people to play the content the way they want it played. I have always believed, and still do, that the community is better than that. Having taken the opportunity to look around the forums, this kind of attitude is consistent across the forums. So maybe its just the forum community that is so caustic. Honestly I have run with tons of randoms and I would greatly rather have teammates with no mods then some of the attitudes of some of the more elitist driven egos that can be easily pulled out in the comments. I know that doesnt represent all "top tier" players, but it is widespread enpugh to be a pattern in the forums and again is worthy of reflection. Why it is so controversial to allow players an additional choice that someone would not even use is beyond my ability to grasp outside of chalking it up to Hobbes being right. Lol
