Silence and Squall is still way too strong
It lasts longer than regular roaming supers, destroys every other super and completely shuts down every single option besides running away and hoping you don't get frozen or shot in the back.

It's a one-and-done super. It should be potent if you land a direct hit. My only issue is how deceiving the tornado hitbox is. Sometimes you can get around it, and sometimes it will freeze you even if you're standing in a different area code.
