This is obviously a problem, and a problem we have been through before. Please replace this step BEFORE the community loses their minds. Considering this is a re occurring issue urgency is deserved. This is not an acceptable quest step it is far too reliant on your team, and honestly exposes the game's poor matchmaking. When every other game is a mercy you are looking at 1 or 2 heavy drops in the game, if you are on the team being mercied your chances at being at the heavy on spawn is reduced drastically. Its not a reasonable requirement when so much is out of your control.

I think the issue is just that, compared to every other step in the quest, this is the one that takes ages and makes players play to get heavy ammo and not to take points in a Control match. Getting 10 heavy kills isn't hard, it just takes a while because of how rare heavy ammo is. The other objectives all pretty much happen naturally just by playing Iron Banner, so this one feels like a bigger sticking point than it actually is. My biggest issue with the 10 heavy kills is that it makes players worry more about getting heavy ammo than playing as a team in a team based game. And also the rewards for that quest are pretty weak.
