Cross-save lost some things.
I recently activated cross save from Xbox to Steam. I have my characters but lost all my special emblems and my “years on bungie.net” went from 8 years to 0 years! Please help!!

2 RepliesThis is because you initiated cross-save from your Bungie profile that was created with Steam account. To keep your original profile, you should have added your Steam account to your existing profile that was created with your Xbox account. Unfortunately, if you have no authentication method left in your old profile, i.e. a platform account that you can log into it with, that profile cannot be restored. Even if you do, you'd need to deactivate cross-save in order to move your account(s) from this new profile to the old.

4 RepliesHello. This is because this is a new Bungie profile and somehow your previous bungie profile may have gotten orphaned when cross saving. Do you know the name of your previous bungie profile?
