I don't know if you saw it on Twitter, but this was the last acknowledgement of it that I remember seeing, from Community Manager dmg04, on the 17th.

I'm having the same problem, but occasionally it will work, but only for one activity until I get black screened.

Yes, it's incredibly frustrating. I haven't been affected yet, but a mate that I played with every day has been experiencing it for weeks now.
