*dodge rolls out of the way and casts a shade soul.*

Virus quickly throws a drone out, targeting the shade I wasn’t informed we were bringing friends

[spoiler]it's a projectile spell, not an ally summon ability.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]ah.[/spoiler] Virus’ drone takes the attack, while virus jumps at you.

*shade cloaks behind you and performs a great slash.*

Virus disappears into a cloud of nanobots, then reforms across the room. “Magic against my tech, interesting”

*draws dex sybaris and opens fire.*

Virus dodges out of the line of fire and takes cover behind his throne. “Hmm. Interesting weapon there”

*throws a singularity grenade with corrosive damage at the throne.* [spoiler]the grenade pulls enemies towards it before exploding.[/spoiler]

Virus catches the grenade, pulling it away from his throne. He absorbs the explosion, his nano bots quickly recover.

*throws a slag grenade.* [spoiler]slagged targets take bonus damage from all other damage types that aren't slag.[/spoiler]

Virus kicks the grenade away, then launches across the room toward you [spoiler]yes I’ve played borderlands[/spoiler]

*shade cloaks to the side and fires an unkempt harold.* [spoiler]Just making sure since I had a few times where a DM didn't know how slag worked.[/spoiler]

The sky above you darkens, you look up to see the sun is blotted out by a swarm of nanobots [spoiler]fair enough[/spoiler]

*channels void to try and push back against them.*

The nanobots seem unaffected. You now notice a forcefield that locks us all in the tower. “Fool. Even if you could attack them, the void and I are allies, my nanobots can not be manipulated by it anymore”

*casts an abyss shriek.* [spoiler]This can deal a lot of damage.[/spoiler]

Virus quickly moves out of the way, then begins creating a strange device. “You better have something better than magic”

*draws a norfleet and fires.*

Virus deflects it with his scythe, then tosses down the device, as soon as it activates, magic seems flawed, unstable

*draws a swordsplosion and fires at the device.*

Virus throws his scythe to deflect the attack, preventing the device from being destroyed
