If you played during the time frame and did not receive your emblem, post a link to your official bungie.net PGCR qualifying match and they will add you to the impacted list.

I've posted a link ~2 weeks ago when emblem was released,BNGHelp8 replied "your PGCR has been recorded". Today they even added emblems to the collection by I still don"t have neither in collection nor in the mail.
