More than likely you have to restore your licenses on your console.
Did you recently change consoles or change PSN names?

No change of names, and I've been on this Xbone for a couple years now. And how do I redo the licenses? Everywhere I look tells me that ain't an option with Xbox.

I have no clue how that is supposed to help me, because when I go to Games and Apps, Destiny does not come up at all in the ready to install section. And all four of the expansions are currently installed.

Uninstall the expansions and reinstall the expansions. Does the Taken King Collector's Edition content show in there? If it is NOT showing in there then something happened to your license for it.
