Why are there no shanks in Widow's Walk, yet there are plenty in the floor above? In fact, the ground level room is one of several spawning points for shanks throughout the game, and a spot to get plenty of kills to masterwork weapons. Downstairs, of course, is a great location for super or power weapon multikills.
