If you consume (for example) 5% of your super, You will be able to have your super back every minute and one shot every player in pvp
Pve = yes
Pvp = no
This is why you get back less super energy

It actually doesn't work as it's bugged...

You shoot in one direction with very limited sight. I highly doubt it'll break PvP if Chaos Reach shows up more often.

I heard somewhere cancelling early can only give back 20% tops. not sure if that’s true though

That's why it should only work this way in pve. Problem solved.

Can't turn it on in PvE but not PvP, it's all one sandbox. The perk is bugged...
