its not really an issue. just un-scope and re-scope. it raises the skill gap. making the snipers that are good quick scoping shine and the snipers who hard scope get exposed.

Why the -blam!- do people keep saying this? It clearly shows who hasn’t masterworked the Whisper or gotten the Ikelos sniper. BOX BREATHING TAKES AT LAST TWO SECONDS OF SCOPING TO PROC. “JUST UNSCOPE AND RESCOPE” IS NO SOLUTION.

Its actually about 4 seconds for it to proc. The updated perk better be a faster proc, or the perk is just plain dead for dps snipers.
