It’s been well over 4 days now since I have contacted Bungie I have even tried to use their forums and tried to call them, I’ve filled out their silver recovery page and everything, still no response? Is this really how Bungie treats their customers? They don’t care if we got the product we purchase as long as they get the money right? Well I’ll be requesting a refund from Xbox live for they money I spent and I will receive a refund even tho it states a no refund policy, I have not received the goods I tried to purchase so therefore I will receive a refund. You would think that Bungie would do what they can to keep a customer.

It's obvious xXElfXx doesn't give a shit. He didn't have the courtesy to read your post. He continued to tell you to fill out the form after you said had already. My experience with bungie is that they will not contact you. I purchased some silver today and didn't receive it. I filed a form but don't expect to hear back. It was the same in D1. They never responded then either. Best thing to is dispute the charges through the bank. Sorry man.

It’s pretty pathetic if you think about it, I could be spending a lot of money in game but Bungie don’t want to fix my issue to take my money, I’ll just spend it else where and force Microsoft a refund for the $99.99 I spent on the game it’s self.
