first of all: there is a subclassperk that makes the nova bomb slower, check
the other skill set.
And bungie is not going to buff the
damage on every weapon, bungie increased the time to kill on purpose

I love the damage for pvp, but in pve I agree that the damage should increase for all weapons or even health should decrease.
