Where are you looking? The base game is no longer available, so if you're looking in the store, the version that shows up would not be the one you bought. However, it should show up in your Library and be available to download through there. If all else fails, you could sign in to the Playstation store on a PC/phone/tables/whatever, and under your account if you go into "Purchase History" and find it there, it should have a button that says "Download to your PS4" that should do the trick.
