Ironically, Peter Dinklage was still the ghost's voice, but I also predicted they would replace him by Destiny 2, which is why I said the voice coils were replaced :) I always thought they would give some explanation for the new voice, either battle damage or an entirely new ghost. I didn't expect them to just re-voice the first game and pretend it had always been this way, but probably for the best.
