No, I want a fourth heavy weapon type that is Railguns - which basically function similar to the existing Sleeper Simulant. I mentioned Sleeper Simulant because it is already in the game and it works similar to a Railgun. Please, if you are not familiar with what a Railgun is or how it shoots look up some Halo gameplay of one. It is a very fun weapon to use. Because we already have a weapon similar to it in the game it is obvious that Railguns would fit well in the Destiny sandbox.

It looks the exact same as a sleeper but with explosive rounds.

It's a very small explosion. It's a more laser like rocket launcher deal with a smaller explosion range (by a lot) and a much higher velocity

So a sleeper with explosive rounds but it has travel time.

Just watch a video about the halo railgun, and you'll understand the whole idea pretty well. In halo, it has one shot in the mag. Idk how stability would transfer since there is much less in halo. This idea is claimed by halo, so I doubt any of it would work, but it is a fun idea.
